“APR utilizing 100% renewable sources”

One of the largest viscose-rayon producers in Asia – Asia Pacific Rayon (APR), Director, Basrie Kamba joined as one of the speakers on the Business Leadership panel, speaking about supporting ambitious GHG emissions reduction targets at Indonesia Pavilion COP26 UNFCCC.

“We are utilizing 100% renewable sources of energy and with the further installation of solar panels, we will be generating 20MW of power for our operations in Pangkalan Kerinci,” said Kamba in his speech.

APR is the first fully integrated viscose rayon producer in Asia. APR produces 100% natural and biodegradable viscose rayon used in textile products.
