Jeans Plus Limited, a sister concern of Shin Shin Group, achieved US Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Gold Certification.
On 15 September 2022, through a virtual event, the LEED Gold Certificate award was declared through by Santanu Dutta Gupta, Associate Director – Market Development- GBCI – East India, Bangladesh and Vietnam markets. Jeans Plus Limited expressed their heartfelt thanks to Ecoroy and Subrata Roy, Managing Director, and Khaled AHmed Bhuiyan, Director, Ecoroy for guiding the company to achieve the LEED Gold Certification.
Jeans Plus Limited got this certificate for its significant improvements in air quality and ventilation system, energy saving, reduction of water use and improvement of water quality through massive renovation and modernization work in last two years.
