Karl Mayer reveals dyeing technology by Enod in Argentina

Recently, German machinery manufacturer Karl Mayer has revealed that textile producer Enod is the first Argentinian company who installed a Prodye-S indigo dyeing system on its premises, with a Prosize sizing machine.

Figure: Enod inaugurated a new 10,000-square-metre warehouse, weaving mill and indigo dyeing plant on its existing premises in La Rioja back in July.

Also, as an advanced slasher dyeing system, the technology allows for savings of up to 20% of hydro and caustic soda to its high flow rate and low speed combined with closed-design dyeing vats.

Besides, it enables the achievement of a darker indigo hue with its shorter dye section and reduced dye bath.

Stefano Agazzi, denim specialist, Karl Mayer said, “The installation of the machinery means that denim can now be produced on-site, also we able to contribute to the strengthening of Argentina’s economy.”

Enod inaugurated a new 10,000-square-metre warehouse, weaving mill and indigo dyeing plant on its existing premises in La Rioja back in July.
