Matin Spinning Mills Limited (MSML), a concern of DBL Group has won Gold at the 8th ICSB National Award 2020 for Corporate Governance Excellence on 12 December 2021.
M. A. Jabbar, Managing Director, DBL Group received the award from Tipu Munshi, MP, Minister, Ministry of Commerce. Professor Shibli Rubayat-Ul-Islam, Chairman, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) attended the event as the Special Guest.
ICSB has introduced Corporate Governance Excellence Award in Bangladesh since 2013. This award is a recognition by the ICSB to those companies who have successfully established corporate governance structure in their respective organizations.
