Naomi Osaka teams up with Levi’s to release upcycled denim collection

This sustainable collection of Levi’s is based on the value of upcycling – which contains making something new out of something old – by co-creating, a four-piece collection made entirely from vintage Levi’s denim. Which will reduce waste as well as the pollution associated with the destruction of outdated clothing.

The collection features reused, upcycled denim that contains everything from a kimono to a bustier, and is a unique mashup of sporty meets feminine pieces with subtle nods to Osaka’s Japanese heritage.

One of the most prominent pieces from the line is the trucker jacket bustier that also has a lace-up back similar to the shorts. The material is derived from repurposed Levi’s trucker jackets and has stylish flap pockets and shank buttons.

The collection is stirred by Naomi Osaka’s style, as well as by her Japanese heritage.
