Draw frame SB-D 50 with effective suction system
The SB-D 50 without auto leveler offers the utmost flexibility. The machine is perfectly designed for cotton and man-made fibers, linen, etc.
The SB-D 50 is armed with a highly efficient suction system for easy processing of dirty and dusty material. The cleaning lips are raised frequently so that trash buildups end up straight in the suction.
The automatic filter cleaning system retains the filter screen clean with the aid of a wiper. The worker can set the suction power effortlessly and rapidly on the machine display.
Four suction openings in the infeed of the drafting unit allow a 24-hour operation. The effective suction system at the pre-draw frame lessens dust in coiling and retains the production competence in the following processes at a high level.
High productivity, easy handling and 13% energy savings

Chen Lianguang, Quality Manager at Chaohu Youngor said, “I am very satisfied with the operation and productivity of the SB-D 50 at high speed. The draw frame runs smoothly and trouble-free with a blend of linen and viscose (55/45%) at 800 m/min.”
