The single-head draw frame without auto leveler yields with a delivery speed of 800 m/min at high effectiveness with a blend of linen and viscose.

Chaohu Youngor Color Spinning Technology Co Ltd, located in Anhui Province, China built a new spinning mill with 57 000 spindles in 2021 to increase productivity. Chaohu Youngor processes cotton, linen, viscose, and their blends. Which enable it to continue the demands on yarn quality well into the future.

Chaohu Youngor bought six pairs of draw frames SB-D 50 and RSB-D 50 for their new mill.

Draw frame SB-D 50 with effective suction system

The SB-D 50 without auto leveler offers the utmost flexibility. The machine is perfectly designed for cotton and man-made fibers, linen, etc.

The SB-D 50 is armed with a highly efficient suction system for easy processing of dirty and dusty material. The cleaning lips are raised frequently so that trash buildups end up straight in the suction.

The automatic filter cleaning system retains the filter screen clean with the aid of a wiper. The worker can set the suction power effortlessly and rapidly on the machine display.

Four suction openings in the infeed of the drafting unit allow a 24-hour operation. The effective suction system at the pre-draw frame lessens dust in coiling and retains the production competence in the following processes at a high level.
